Only in 2020 could this collaboration have happened, and what an interactive experience it was!

WeSuperseed partnered with Net-a-Porter to build and brand their island on Animal Crossing: New Horizons on the Nintendo Switch in anticipation of the launch of Isabel Marant’s Fall/Winter 2020 capsule collection (exclusively available on Net-a-Porter).


Our challenge was to terraform, develop and brand the entire island using in-game material and custom designs to not only reflect Net-a-Porter’s brand identity and London HQ, but also offer fun, interactive areas for the visitors to explore.

Challenge accepted and executed.

Monochromatic color palette, classic architectural elements, and signature stitchings are some of Net-a-Porter’s core branding elements that we incorporated within the island build and interior decor.

Have you ever seen an in-game virtual Press Conference? We hosted in-game press tours for a range of Media and KOLs around the island and had them try on the newly launched Isabel Marant collection. We have been graciously featured on the following platforms.

This is Animal Crossing next level sh*t. In order to help monitor success and to drive traffic to Net-a-Porter’s E-commerce mobile app, we created a custom designed QR code within the game. Possibly have been one of the first to do so!
