WeSuperseed assisted Laurine Watches, a family-run watch manufacturer, in making the switch from a B2B wholesale distribution business to a B2C e-commerce brand. The first step? Laurine Watches needed a complete brand revamp to assist their transition. Our challenge was to create a fresh lifestyle brand based off their existing logo and extensive product list.
Sometimes, it’s best to just start from scratch. WeSuperseed created an entirely new look and feel for Laurine Watches to fit the new B2C strategy, tailored specifically to the target demographic.
We did it all; from logo touch-ups, packaging design, product photography, setting up and managing their social media platforms, creating digital content, e-commerce website development, to seasonal collection launches.
Once the branding and website has been developed for Laurine Watches, the next phase was to focus on driving brand awareness and sales within the target countries through social media. We identified and engaged with KOLs across South East Asia to support the growth and awareness of the new brand, converting to brand engagement.
