This family-run watch manufacturer focuses on wholesale distribution. But as the industry continues to evolve, they’ve found themselves shifting their business model from a B2B to include a B2C outlet. As such, Laurine Watches decided they wanted a complete brand revamp to assist their transition into a B2C ecommerce brand.

Solution

Sometimes, it’s best to just start from scratch.
